FAQ

How do I track my order?
 

All orders would be sent by by Poslaju. Customers will immediately be provided a tracking number to keep track of their item. Items would usually take 2-3 days at the most to get to the recipient so please be patient!

Do you provide International delivery?
 

International Deliveries are currently not available. We only deliver within Malaysia.

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Items cannot be returned unless received damaged goods from us. However, we are not responsible for damaged parcels through the mail. If there is a fault in the product (e.g. stains, loose threading, etc), a return can be issued. 

 

Are items refundable?
 
No, items are not refundable.
